Teen Camp Registration

To register for Inner Rhythm’s Teen Surf Camp, you must complete an application form and a waiver, both of which can be opened and completed online, and then printed from this site.  When paying online, you must pay the full cost of the camp, which is $1059 plus GST.

Reservations must be accompanied by EITHER:
1. Full payment made online; OR
2. A deposit of $525 plus GST, which must be arranged directly with Inner Rhythm. 

You can pay the deposit and the balance of the camp fee in cash, by VISA, by MasterCard or using a certified cheque OR you can pay the entire cost online through this website using PayPal and submit proof of payment with your application.   

 

Once you've paid a deposit, the balance of the camp fee must be paid at least one month before the start of your camp session. If you need to cancel a session, you MUST notify Inner Rhythm Surf Camp in writing one month prior to the start of your camp session. Cancellations made by this deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $20 administration fee.  Written and signed cancellations must include the camper’s name and the session and be mailed to Inner Rhythm Surf Camp, Box 421, Ucluelet, B.C., V0R 3A0 or faxed to 250-726-2251.

If a medical emergency prevents a camper from attending a session, a full refund – minus a $15 administration fee – will be given upon receipt of a doctor’s certificate confirming the medical emergency.

Bookings cancelled less than one month before the camp date will lose their deposit. Refunds will not be given if a camper leaves a session for medical or behavioral reasons.

Applications can be submitted by phone to 250-726-3456 or 1-877-393-SURF (7873). Your signed waiver and application form can be faxed to 250-726-2251 or mailed to Inner Rhythm Surf Camp, Box 421, Ucluelet B.C, V0R 3A0.   If you are mailing your application, please phone or email to let us know you are applying.   Once you have submitted your application, waiver and deposit, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and giving you further instructions. If you do not receive this e-mail, please call Inner Rhythm at 1-877-393-SURF (7873).   If you are interested in attending our Teen Surf Camps, register early to secure the session you want. Space is limited and these camps fill up quickly every year.
