WAIVERS REQUIRED FOR TEEN CAMP, ADULT CAMP, GROUP ACTIVITES and LESSONS
TEEN CAMP
Parents of campers attending the Teen Camp are required to provide a signed
waiver in addition to the registration form. The waiver can be partially completed online, then printed so you can sign it, and either fax (1.250.726.2251) or mail it to Inner Rhythm.

ADULTS, GROUPS, INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
All individuals participating in Inner Rhythm camps, lessons and events are required to complete and sign a waiver, in addition to completing their registration form. Registration forms can be downloaded from the reservations page.
